Sonali has joined the likes of Gabby Logan, Kirsty Wark and Suzi Perry to feature in BBC Sport's version of This Girl Can - a national campaign to inspire women of all ages to exercise.
All of the 21 familiar faces taking part volunteered their time for the filming of the video.
